i'm not expecting immediate help but i would Love to get help Soon.
I'm setting up a computer for the first time ever - it is my first stationary in like, almost a decade. this stationary has the computer built into the monitor and it is Huge and Unruly to deal with. it is a lenovo ideacentre aio 3 - it was originally going to be used at the store i work at, but my dad/boss got a different one later on and decided to give me the computer as a christmas/birthday gift.
i have it all plugged in with my keyboard and mouse attached, but when i start it it says there's no operating system found, and the only thing we can do is go to the BIOS, turn it off, or reboot it.
i have No Idea what any of this is or means, and dont know where to go from here. if anyone can send a guide or help me figure anything out, it would be appreciated.
