was watching the game changer episode with gianmarco soresi and josh johnson in it and josh johnson's "you never read a dictionary horny?" randomly unlocked a new childhood memory wherein i would read the dictionary for fun and was hit with the devastating conclusion that i have been and always will be a fucking nerd.
like no no you gotta understand, english was definitely not my first language but i read the mirriam-webster dictionary with fervor that i can only now replicate with novel-length fanfics.
and this wasn't the last time i read dictionaries for fun, my elementary school had us buy a filipino-english dictionary which was not part of their supplied material, and so of course my mom who was working in the city at the time came home one weekend with the largest, thickest ever fuck-ass filipino-english dictionary that was the latest edition from university of the philippines. and i had to carry that heavy mf to CLASS, that shit was too much for a 10 year old to weightlift man. imagine the rest of my class having normal sized bilingual dictionaries, some even pocketbook sized, while im over here trying not to make my book slam sound like a hydrogen bomb going off

-Micheal is Jeremy's best friend and also side kick. Instead of a naked mole rat, Michael just has a rat. He named it Aziraphale (he gets a second rat later and names him crowley).
-Wade in this au is Dustin Kropp, whose your local super genius and part time weed dealer (he can hook you up with the stuff)
-Jeremy's other best friend his Brooke, Who's not as nerdy but still cool to hang out with. Her and Micheal sass each other like all of the time but they're cool.
-Rich is Jeremy's bully and he does tease him quite a bit. He does the ststereotypical bull shit, you know. (He doesn't even hate jeremy, he just doesn't know how to really express how he feels)
-Chole is the popular cheer leader along with Jenna and Madeline. They're all kinda assholes but have the ability to be sympathetic towards the ones that they antagonize
