"I have mixed feelings about Badgey. On one hand, I find him annoying because I'm sick of evil and/or corrupted AI plots but on the other hand, I force myself to rewatch his episodes because Jack McBrayer is one of my favorite actors."

One thing that I don't really like about fandoms is them glorifying/praising characters to death despite their flaws trumping their good qualities (and when their flaws are gone or they are redeeming their selves, then people get mad). Like, not everyone likes drama all the time ok? I like characters for their good qualities, not for how much trouble they can cause, hurt people or get away with things that are wrong. It's like people are saying that it's ok to be a bad character as long as it's interesting or they do it "for the right reasons". How about we avoid negativity/drama in general and stop justifying people's actions for the sake of entertainment?
Not everybody likes flaws and not everybody is boring or close-minded just for not liking them. I'm not saying that everything and everybody has to be sugarcoated and nice all the time, but things and characters don't have to be filled with drama or be jerks just to be interesting or relatable. If this was real life, then people would be complaining how terrible people are.
ARMYS are really scary.
