Starting on the floor, holding a tight arch the movement is initiated by rolling high onto the chest. From there when the center of mass is over the hands, begin to press though a handstand push-up finishing into a handstand at the top. Athletes will commonly bend their legs if there is lack of lower back flexibility. This will allow their mass to get in front of the shoulders.
