Who liked the new pullup drills we introduced this week?! 🙋♀️ 😱These are deceivingly difficult and will get your lats, shoulders & core burning! 🔥 🔑Setup with shoulders & hips under bar and your legs straight in front of you. Hold band with an overhand grip, hands shoulder width apart. Tuck your ribs to your belly button so you’re in a hollow position and hold it the entire movement. Lock your shoulders down into an active position, and pull the band to your collarbone or sternum (lower is harder).
