I’m a firm believer that connecting to your center - that includes proper breathing - isolated core exercises /movements - whole body exercises focusing on what your central body is doing { obvi plus proper nutrition } will get you the results that will stick long term cause ain’t nobody got time fo one hit wonders ✌️. . Take some time to do some slow core movements today - intentional twists - balance moves { which can actually just be stopping mid stride } heck even mountain pose counts .
