I saw something this morning that said walk away from anything that gives you bad vibes. This kind of spiritual bypassing has become more and more prevalent on this little square and I want to talk about that. . 1) not everything that gives you bad vibes is bad for you. Sometimes we need to be challenged, in life, in our beliefs, in our privilege, we need to be challenged to grow and learn. . 2) not everyone can just walk away from things that give them “bad vibes” not everyone has that privilege. sometimes bad vibes aren’t meant to be walked away from sometimes there are very real issues in the world that need our hard work to dismantle them for the betterment of all people. - Take care of yourself, of course. But also think critically about what you’re avoiding. Are you avoiding it because it’s bad for you or are you avoiding it because it’s messy and uncomfortable and you don’t like being forced to face that? - #mondaymorningthoughts . . . . . #yogaeverydamday #loveandlight #spiritualbypassing #growthmindset #growthegame #getuncomfortable #getuncomfortablesquad #movedaily #badvibes #thesweatlife #lululemon #yoga4growth #bethechange #grow #themoreyouknow #privilege #yoga (at Dillon Reservoir)
