one thing that i hate in the tmr fandom is when people go "book alby was a jerk and i hate that they changed him to be nice in the movies!" because in the movies he had practice. in the movies he had been leader all 3 years, he knew how to handle Greenies. in the books he had only been leader for two months at max and had recently watched the previous leader and most likely one of his closest friends die. movie Alby and book Alby had completely different experiences and i enjoy that its reflected in how he acts in both medias

Is it possible to have withdrawals from touch? Like I was touch starved for a long ass time due to anxiety and sensory issues but then I had some solid people who 1 asked when they were going to hug or touch me and 2 didn't set off my touch aversion so I got better and I didn't notice how bad being touch starved is until I wasn't anymore and now with quarantine it's so bad? I feel like crap I've cried a bunch just imagining getting a hug and nothing is helping for longer than a few minutes??? This sucks how did I cope with this I lost my coping mechanisms and I'm panicking

Yes some stimming is cute and healthy I love rocking and humming and bouncing and all the non harmful stims I most definitely prefer when my stimming doesnt hurt but some is uncontrollable and hurts do not erase the struggles of nuerodivergence in your efforts to accept it there are good and bad in all mind spaces thanks
