Hey everyone! Head's up! There is an art/content thief on YouTube that has stolen from multiple artists and YouTubers. Namely Cougar Macdowall And me.

They stole comic dubs that we made and edited and by extension, he stole from the artists that gave us permission to Dub them.

This is the link to the channel. When you watch some of their uploads, you'll notice my voice and Cougar's voice have been pitch shifted, but there is no doubt that those videos do not belong to them. They have given absolutely no credit to the artists or the editors.

PSA for Kassandra and AC content creators: if you haven't checked this Instagram "Kassandra fan page" for stolen work, please do. They often repost with "credit to the artist" or "tag the artist if you know them". They stole my photo, edited it, and posted it as if it was theirs. This was their response when I confronted them in the comment section (they have deleted the post shortly after, but I managed to take a screenshot). I've seen some familiar posts from Tumblr already and according to others, this isn't the first time they react this way when someone confronts them about not giving credits.

If you don't want to lock your works on AO3, put a hashtag at the start of each chapt er. There's a bug in the app. Anything after a hashtag doesn't appear in the app while having no impact on the AO3 site. Unregistered users can still enjoy your work and the app doesn't have access anymore. I understand this isn't doable for everyone. Particularly those with an extensive library of work. But it's an option for the moment if you prefer not to lock your works.
