Okay so, I'm watching Haley's video about ice age and as she's talking about Manny, all I can think about is Salas.

Like, it's implied that Manny's not going south for the winter because of sad dead wife and child reasons. And Salas went north to spead his wife's ashes and then just, kept going? And both meet a group of people and while they have wildly different responses to this meeting, it's still similar enough that I can't help but try to draw parallels

And listen, I don't think I've ever watched the first ice age movie, not all the way through anyway. I have next to no knowledge of this movie. I very well could be drawing wild connections here. But I think there's something here
