meet the contrarian

He was always the kid with too many opinions, with too much time spent with his nose buried in his books. The boy with brown curls and bright eyes with a nonexistent brain-to-mouth filter itching to be part of the adults’ conversation during dinner parties.

You were always so outspoken, even as a child, and you were like a sponge when it came to knowledge. However, you discovered pretty early that adults didn’t like it when you were smarter than them, and so you turned to books for comfort, immersed yourself even more in the world of literature, or philosophy, or science, and began keeping your opinions to yourself. It wasn’t until you were twelve when you realized that you were smarter than everyone around you, and you were not gonna let them shut you up anymore.

SOVEREIGN - The partner. Whether it be a science project, or a pair-work for a paper, he’s always been your go-to. You share the same interests, it was no wonder you two hit it off right away during Fresh week. He’s a friend, definitely, and he’s also one of the two people you can actually count on.

SEDUCTRESS - The childhood friend. You two have known each other since you were kids; were practically shoved aside together in the same kiddie table at your parents’ dinner parties. Your friendship only grew stronger over time, even when high school came and you were considered a loser, while she, they fawned over.
