Here's a simple easy recipe to incorporate this humble vegetable into your meals. 👩🍳Heat some oil(any), crackle some mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add some onions, garlic, sliced green chilli and fry them. Add the chopped ivy gourds, add some salt, turmeric and red chilli pwd. Add 1-2 tbsp water, cover with lid and cook in low fire.
