Agree that the person Louis played the nasty prank on was Steve Durham. It was definitely someone recent as he's only just started mentioning it.
Steve was already being subjected to this kind of thing on camera, so God knows how bad it was off camera. Look at Louis' intent, malevolent expression as he wraps Steve's face in duct tape, while hype man Oli looks on approvingly.
