iiaat to have bad cordination, like I'll be walking and I'll either stumble over nothing or just lean to the side until I almost fall over. I've also caught myself walking in a loose zigzag

This sounds like dyspraxia.  Dyspraxia is not part of autism, but is frequently comorbid.

I really love music, I sing and I play the ukulele a little. Something I've noticed is that I can't play two rhythms at once: e.g., I can't sing while playing a strum pattern, or I can't play the piano using both hands. I just can't keep track of both rhythms, and if I try they end up both being the same thing. Itaat?

I can’t even get both my hands to work to play the guitar. I can’t get the one hand to hold down the strings and the other to strum. Playing an instrument on it’s own is a hard thing to learn. Playing an then singing as well is A LOT of multitasking and requires a lot of skill. I could see if being  extra difficult for autistics.
