Anatomical heart pendent
I forget to post more to the “Wet white” post. Anywho I like drawing just white falling asleep on Black. Just all cuddled up like a cat. (If it ain’t evident I like making white cat coded.)
Then these are just doodles of my ocs. And some old man practice.
Been working on this piece for a while! 400+ individual pieces of wire, featuring cicada wings, beetle shells, bones, fossils, and more, along with handmade copper roses. And it glows in the dark!

My (slightly janky) magnum opus— so far, I hope to surpass this one day in the not so distant future (if I manage to get my apprenticeship)
All made from scrap metal, other discarded bits and a mouse skull for the head
Mechanical dragon set on one turning metal bar
"how to make copper scorpions" on the Goodreads list reminds me of those scenes where some tweedy prison newcomer is contrasted with a ton of beefy grizzled long-time inmates
This was so funny, you guys don't understand 😂
So I've been using my Goodreads to occasionally add rare, bizarre, or controversial books that I need to look into more.
However, I have no self-control, so sometimes I add normal books that just look interesting to me personally.
And this is why my "To Read" list is now a national disgrace:
Made some lungs out of wire. You could even call them... iron lungs....
A rare large Art Deco style cloisonné enamel dish, Taisho period, early 20th century
The circular dish has a copper-gilt mount and is decorated in coloured cloisonné enamel and thicknesses copper wire. Two women appear on the dish in Egyptian style headdresses and garments, bordered by stylised hieroglyphics and bands of birds.
I've got quite a few pieces looking for new homes! All pendants come ready to wear on a coordinating chain, packaged in a gift box with a velvet bag for storing between wears. Shipping is $7 extra in the US. Made from semiprecious gemstones, recycled and repurposed copper wire, some being 1950s radio wire.
It's weird sharing things like this when the world is so heavy and people are trying to just survive right now...but, the thing is....I am trying to survive too. Art is a form of resistance, and for a disabled American, it's also the way I'm attempting maintaining my sanity.
There's more I could say...but... I'm not sure I've got the energy for all that.
