Can i use Deathrender's ability to put Heliod, god of the sun onto the field if my devotion to white is less than 5. If i can, what happens?

Yes, you can.

Heliod is always a creature card when it’s in your hand, so it’s a legal choice for Deathrender’s triggered ability. Since Heliod isn’t a creature once it’s on the battlefield, Deathrender won’t be able to attach to it, so that part of the ability will do nothing.

Is Æther pronounced ee-ther or aa-ther

The word in the dictionary (with a different meaning than Magic's) is pronounced "EE-ther" so we're pronouncing it the same way.
