Another project I'm working on this week... the back patio area 😬. Our hand me down furniture has been neglected for waaaay too long. A few cans of spray paint and a gallon of sweat later... and I have to admit, it quite a pretty transformation. I did buy new base cushions from @loweshomeimprovement That I found on #clearance. AND...I even decided to paint the actual patio slab, mostly because it was bringing the whole look down 🤣. I still have a lot of work to do this week, but I'm excited about the #progress I'm making. 100 Days of DIY's Day 23 : Marble Table Makeover . Yesterday, we mounted our tv and did some random cleaning and chores. And I didn't think you'd be interested in a post about that. However, today's project is a wee bit more fun. I'll be uploading a video on my techniques and the finished project , after I epoxy it ,of course 😉( #epoxyeverything ). Hopefully, I can pour the #epoxyresin tomorrow, and then give you guys a little sneak peek at what this old diy table comes out like. P.s. 100 Days of DIY's Day 22 : Console Table \ Unit . My "simple" console table.... turned into a shelving display unit. 😁I couldn't help myself. I have a case of 'Not knowing when to stop' 🙄. So, I just kept adding shelves. And now I'm about to add some trim. 🤷‍♀️ Again, I regret nothing. 100 Days of DIY's Day 18 : The Mantle Piece . . The Mantle is freshly waxed!!! All that beauty is sealed in and ready for display 🤗. This is not its permanent home, just a temporary posing area for the gram 😉 . It will be replacing our tv stand, and then we will be mounting the tv up onto the wall above the mantle (pssst, the hubby doesn't know that yet ,🤐shhhhh). It took longer than I had hoped, but I'm glad I added the extra piece of trim to it at the last minute. It was totally worth it. It's my own design brought to life 😍. I'm so ready to decorate this #mantle for ALL of the holidays. Now, I'm off to finish editing a video for you guys, then finish working on my console table from yesterday. I just took some scrap wood and spray paint that I had on hand. Waiting for it to finish drying over night, then I'll hang and decorate them. I wish I had more to show you, but that's it for today. 100 Days of DIY's Day 6 : Hanging Curtains and shelves. . I was going to make my own curtains, but I found these gorgeous white with silver sets today at our local At Home store. I've had the shelves for about a year now. I bought a few sets when they were on clearance for $3. My favorite part is decorating and playing around with textures and patterns. I still have a few rows of the gloss stripes to do also, but I've been distracted with a few other things this weekend. I'll get to those this week and post a final photo ( as if I'll ever be done changing around the decor 🤣). I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. If you are painting and considering going bold..
