¿Ciudad Guayana?, ¿Puerto Ordaz? ... esto es el Core 8
Si hubiese llegado hace medio siglo habría sido el musiu, de haber llegado hace algún tiempo sería un gallego ... ahora soy un rara avis. Un loco que apareció por estas tierras en las que todo el mundo me pregunta como irse.
Resido en Puerto Ordaz, es media ciudad. La otra media ciudad es San Felix. Están separadas por el Caroní y unidas por tres puentes. Juntas dan nombre a ese invento llamado "Ciudad Guayana" , una joven ciudad de 52 años, 800.000 almas, dos ríos, multitud de decrépitas industrias y que reune a ciudadanos de cualquier parte de Venezuela y del mundo.
El Comando Regional de la Guardia Nacional al que estamos adscritos es el Core 8. Todo el estado Bolivar, es responsabilidad del Core 8. Si algún día las cosas se ponen feas, las decisiones que más nos afectarán serán las que tomen los señores del Core 8.
Bajo la mirada de Chavez en cada afiche y cada pared, con un gobernador militar, un presidente de la asamblea militar, la mitad del gobierno militar, el presidente de las empresas básicas militar y con militares organizando colas, fiscalizando tiendas, montando alcabalas y haciendo compras en cada esquina ..... sí .... al final esto es Puerto Ordaz, Ciudad Guayana, Estado Bolivar, Venezuela ..... o simplemente Core 8, Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela.
Hace unas semanas tuve que cobrarle una deuda a un cliente ... tras conseguirlo recibo la llamada de mi jefe: -"Ya veo que te pagó, sabes lo que me dijo? .... Bro ....eso está listo.....le dí la plata al gringo."
