Hey lovely one! There’s an app I have called Nike Training Club on my phone that has TONS of workouts, I’ve been doing one called Core Crunch. It’s 15 minutes long, and broken up like this:
1 minute of v-ups
1 minute full extensions with medicine ball
1 minute of suitcases with a medicine ball
30 seconds of side plank crunches (one side)
30 seconds side plank crunches (other side)
1 minute swivel planks/froggers
1 minutes of more v-ups
1 minute of full extensions w/ medicine ball
1 minute suitcases w/ medicine ball
1 minute swivels/froggers
1 minute plank hold
2 minutes side planks (one minute each side)
1 minute of opposite arm/leg supermans
1 minute kick-downs
It’s a great workout and there are videos for each exercise to show how it’s done and a narrator/spotter that tells you how much longer to go for each one and encourages you to keep going. I highly recommend it if you’ve got a smartphone. :-) Hope this helps!
