Gotta represent the #Athlethick Fam 💯S/O @zimhilliard 🎥👌🏽Now, it's time to burn off those extra calories with this ☝🏽#CorePower #CircuitTraining which I call "Core Power-Ball Circuit Training Zone" 💪🏽There are 5 exercise equipment that you'll use, you can incorporate your own portable exercise equipment if you need to, but should be a total of 5 obstacles! Ex: ( #Bosu #Dumbell #Kettlebell & 2 #MedicineBalls one with handles! and all should be arranged around a #PhysioBall ) ... As you can see I did not make it to the third obstacle which was the Kettle bell (my attempt was to perform a Kettle bell Row, just like I did with the Dumbell)! But, I'm work on it😅The goal is to complete the Whole Circle without falling off the PhysioBall 👍🏽 (Each exercise should be at least 3-5 reps of your chosen movement) ...
