Uni is actually one of my favourite characters in the first few seasons besides like Dr. Patience and Bricky (Bricky is one of my all time favs I like thinking about the fact that they're probably still waiting for Dr. Patience back at his old lab)

My Corydoras sterbai babies started becoming real fishes! I have 3 of them rn.

I bought other Corydoras from one fish guy from my town, and he gave me some Sterbai eggs for free. So this is my first time hatching cories from eggs, and I'm very happy that at least three of them are alive and growing :)

They're now two weeks old, and the most dangerous period for them is over.

They'll be living in my 140 litres aquarium with swordtails and Venezuela cories. 👇👇👇

Panda corydoras!

The rivers they live are largely made up of the meltwater of the snowy Andean mountains! As such the water tends to run cooler, which these fish are in fact adapted to.

Corydoras catfish!

Also called cory catfish or just cory fish! There are several different species, all of which are quite popular in aquariums due to their peaceful and curious nature. They're bottom feeders and greatly enjoy the company of other corydoras of the same species!

Just a fish update. My old guy didn't make it, sadly. That bump from day one was absolutely a swim bladder disorder and he only made it a day or two after I made that post so a couple weeks later I got this girl. I think she might be male because she's huge tho (like as big as Nero who was my biggest male) but anyway she is literally the angriest one ever and HATES the filter??? Like she constantly puffs at the box part idk but other than that she's great and I just wanted to post how much she's changed in less than a month color-wise. Also I got a new Cory and he's super attached to my Panda and I thought that was cute to share too lol

Corydoras are so much fun to own. Sadly I don’t have a big enough aquarium right now. The first one is actually carrying eggs, preparing to stick them onto the glass.
