Why is it that the for most hot characters from booktok books they're often a white male, have curly blonde hair, some interest in domineering the main character/love interest and often have some sort of role in the world's government?

I am specifically targetting THG's Ballads, The Cruel Prince, and Shatter Me (all which I have not read, which I know is hypocrisy, but I'm just genuinely curious as to why is this a common pattern)
