MINNEAPOLIS — North Star Policy Action released a study Thursday showing that ICE's "Operation Metro Surge" is costing taxpayers $18 million per week.

The institute is progressive and provides research on ICE, the environment and other topics in Minnesota.

In the study released Thursday, Jake Schwitzer with North Star Policy Action broke down where the $18 million is going.
