I ran again at 2AM. I think I'll stick with running. It's easier. I plan on doing the the 1 hour run three more times before buying the next app to train for 13k. Legs legs legs legssssss
Couch to 5k
When y'all do your couches to 5ks, do you follow them to a T or do you skip along at your own pec if you're not exactly starting at the couch? Basically, so you exert more or do more than the plan or is the plan most effective if it's worked the way it says only. Holler at me w tips or even plans you suggest.
Week 10 Day 2 finished!! Honestly I guess the rest day I had yesterday was necessary. I was kinda pissed because it ruined my record of reaching 10,000 steps a day, but it really helped for today's run. It wasn't as horrible and I even managed to add 30 weak lunges at the end of my run! Yeeerrrrr. I gotta keep stretching my legs after work. On some days, I can't touch the floor anymore. -MINI RANT- My mother told me one of her friends saw me running around the neighborhood at night. She was like, "omg, why does your daughter run?? It's admirable, but she doesn't need to lose weight! She's so skinny!! Is she crazy?" And I'm staring blankly at my mother while she said this. For some reason, it kinda annoyed me that this friend of hers assume only "fat people" should run and its because their only objective is to "lose weight". Yes. That's what some people do, but don't associate a fucking sport with weight loss. Some people for other intentions. Jeez. Like idk to de-stress?? Anyway I just smiled grimly and told my mom "that's cool lol" and went back to my nap.
