There are exactly 5 months until 2017, which means I have 5 months to bust my chops. I hate setting huge milestones like this but hey way not. 5 months = 22 weeks = 154 days! In other words, crunch time. I'm not doing what I usually do and setting ridiculously hard goals, realistic goals, new habits with my new nutrition program from my coach, new weight lifting program, yoga practice as often as possible and the occasional run/swim. 5 months to expand and grow into a stronger, healthier, fitter me.
