Need an Agents of SHIELD AU fic where George succeeds in talking down Talbot in S05E21 so that Daisy doesn't have to kill him in S05E22.
Since they no longer need to use the CENTIPEDE serum to stop Talbot, they can use it to save Coulson.
Carla leaves with George and files for divorce because she's quite understandably freaked out by her husband almost killing her.
SHIELD takes Talbot into custody and figures out how to get the gravitonium out of him, but it leaves him weak and in need of a long recovery period.
Coulson, who is also on medical leave as he recovers from his own brush with death, ends up spending a lot of one-on-one time with Talbot in SHIELD's physical rehabilitation facility.
The two friends grow closer and closer, until one day...
