Allegra and Phineaus take Chandler to see a tent circus coming through town one night. For the boys, the night is a blast. Allegra is pensive, though. She sees poor Joe out of the corner of her eye, shuffling along the sidewalk. Sharon is right, something must be done about it.
A karaoke night. Lots of familiar and new faces show up. Jessie’s girls Sandra and Monica, Svetlana Mole (who they all know from college), Countess Vera (whom Ashley is quite in love with)... Jessie also meets a new townie, Sandy. She’d love to know her better.
When the couple gets home after their chaotic outing, they say, why not right now? and exchange wedding vows before either of them chickens out.
Most of Denin’s townie friends have either drifted away or passed away since she moved downtown with Gunnar, so now she finds herself a bit isolated despite working with people. But she has a new-ish friend, Rora Curious, although it’s unclear how and when did they meet. Perhaps Rora came in for a haircut at some point...?
They go to check out a new ramen and karaoke place together, and Denin gifts Rora a new smartphone to celebrate her being accepted to La Fiesta Tech. The ramen is great, but Denin chickens out of singing. The place is a hit among other sims, though.
As a side note, John Mole can be seen agressively selling spyware to unsuspecting sims.

[Denin had two cellphones in her inventory when I opened their lot. I don’t remember giving her even one, so I assume she bought them while I played other sims. I never saw uncontrollable sims get small electronics on their own, but Denin wasn’t the first sim with two phones that I discovered during this rotation, so something must be afoot.]
It’s time for a new experiment. For science, Circe passes lycanthopy to a vampire countess she’s friends with. Now Countess Vera is both thirsty and hungry.
Maybe one good thing to come out of this obsession is Mickey’s new relationship with a vampire countess whom he tried to talk into biting Benjamin to death but ended up sleeping with. What Vera sees in Mickey? Probably a nutritious breakfast. All things considered, it might not be so bad.
[Full disclosure, I totally planned to have the countess bite Benjamin to death. He was only saved because he glitched inside of his apartment and stopped coming out. Prick.]
Meanwhile Jeoff.
Mickey tries looking for a magical poison (not in stock), asks his friends if they know anyone willing to become a hitman (Angela Pleasant says her mom might know some people but Mickey is probably too broke to hire them anyway), considers feeding Benjamin to wolves (the wolves are fed, though), and almost gives up - when he meets her.
Unexpectedly, Sally is invited to visit a downtown museum of modern art. The person who invites is her none other than Brandi McGreggor, Sally’s boyfriend’s mother! Sally and Beau have been dating for so long, they’re basically family at this point.
Some of Brandi’s friends are also present - but while Sally and Brandi have a good time, they aren’t so lucky as a grand vampire picks their group to follow around and harass.
