She was working at Granny’s picking up a shift for one of the other girls. She made her way through her tables she was quicker now a days. She was liking the fact she was picking up more shifts. Now Eleanor knew that he was drunk, before he got the chance to explain it. Finding the conversation somewhat entertaining, the blonde simply decided to play along and didn't bother to correct him.

Regina Mills was fixing her hair in front of the mirror in her foyer. It already looked perfect, but somehow she needed it to be even more perfect. She almost didn't want to think of the night ahead, or the previous night, because if she did, she would think of him. And whenever she thought of him, she would sigh happily.
Snow told her she could feel things deeply, with all of her soul. She knew if she went to him and didn't hold back and she let things happen, she could still love him, even without her heart. They were soul mates and their souls would love each other and feel complete together. That's what all this meant, right?
“...Sooner or later, your heart will find its way to happiness…I know you, and you feel things deeply. With or without it, you feel things with your whole soul. Don’t let anything hold you back.”
So she'd sought him out. He said he'd get her heart back. He said he'd fight for her. No one had seemed that devoted to keeping her alive and keeping her happy before. Not since Daniel. Perhaps he was the right one for her. So she'd kissed him, and she'd never felt anything like it. She pulled back, afraid, searching his face for a reaction, but he leaned in for another kiss.
Regina raised her fingers to her lips and her cheeks where he'd caressed her. She wanted more, more kisses, more of him, to talk to him, to touch him. She took a deep breath and sighed, reaching in her purse to apply lipstick. Then the doorbell rang, and if she had a heart, she was sure it would do flips of happiness and anticipation. She took her purse and answered it.
"Hello, Robin," she smiled at him. "I've been looking forward to this all day."
The Path that changed a queen
Eight dark knights were behind her along with her carriage in case the weather became harsh enough that she wasn't able to ride her horse. There were four knights riding horses in front of her at an acceptable distance. Her well know dark hair was braided in several thick braids that rested at the back of her neck. On her head, she wore a fur hat that was just as elegant as her gown that was lined on every edge with the same type of black fur. The coat and gown were a rich royal blue with delicate black and white diamonds on varied places throughout that proved that left no doubt that she was the queen.
As Regina traveled, there were some people on the path at times when she neared a town and they bowed, but the looks on their faces held little love toward her. It bothered her, but as she always did...she never let it show on the outside. Instead, the superior smugness came out and she gazed down at them with her emotional expression, faint smirk, and arched eyebrow. She hated them almost as much as she wanted them to love her.
On this afternoon, they hit the edge of the thickest part of the forest. It would be the longest stretch of their journey toward the winter palace. On this afternoon...a man would cross her path that would change everything for her...
