LOVE the tapestry and the “do “fish” exist?”

That tapestry is my pride & joy (I fell in love with it here on tumblr when I was a deeply closeted teen living at home, and finally purchasing it was an act of freedom on turning into a loudly out adult with my own place) and the “fish” slide is one of my favorite photos I have. It was from a freshman biology lecture section taught by a researcher from the American Museum of Natural History, and even better is the fact that the slide that followed it (which I tragically do not have a picture of) was blank except for an all-caps “NO”

I’m actually doing quite okay at the moment!! It’s taken a while which is why I’ve been so absent I think but I am slowly but surely becoming a person again and at the moment things are nice ‘n alright-ish
