Today's workout:
6 mile hike
stretch+plank
resistance band glute max kick backs
resistance band glute med side kicks
wide stance DB squats
side lying leg lifts
And then met with a client, so we did:
bicep curl variations
forward shoulder raises
tricep kickbacks
bent over forward rows
hammer curls
Honestly the last 3 days have been hitting 14-20k steps and just trying to manage stress. Workouts help, they always help, but some days are difficult to do everything and THEN find time to lift. Idk I want to get better about it which I know will happen once I'm more steady with my schedule and emotion.
