i would love to get top surgery actually, idk why ppl assume you don’t have dysphoria or experience ‘gender trouble’ if you aren’t actively try to ‘look’/‘dress’ a different gender. there’s a lot of other factors. growing boobs and starting puberty was super traumatic for me as a poor racialized CSA survivor even without gender troubles. going through puberty made me crazy lol
