Instead of regular sliders, these cheesy crab sliders are a fun change. They have soft slider buns filled with juicy lump crabmeat, gooey cheddar cheese, and tasty seasonings. It's great for parties or a cozy dinner at home.
Ingredients: 1 lb lump crabmeat. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp Dijon mustard. 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. Butter for buns.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine lump crabmeat, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spread the crab mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the slider buns. Cover with the top halves of the slider buns. Spread butter on top of the slider buns. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Serve hot and enjoy!
