This night had been the first day in months - years even that she’d had the house to herself overnight. Ted had a work conference out of town, Mike and Nancy were … out somewhere and Holly had gone for a sleepover at Heather’s house - the only babysitter Karen trusted enough to let her kids take out of the house.

She’d continued her fun in the morning, with the idea of doing some jazzercise before Holly would return home.
