Honey cracked pepper chicken panini with grilled garlic aioli.
Italian bread (1 loaf), Chicken breasts (4), Honey (1 cup), Cracked Black pepper (Dash), Kosher Salt (Dash), Onion powder 9Dash), Garlic Powder (Dash), Garlic (3 bulbs), Olive Oil (1 cup), Mayonnaise (2 cups), Dijon Mustard (1/4 cup), Sherry (2 tbls.), Kosher salt (Dash),Red bell pepper (3), Spinach (2 cups), Chihuahua Cheese (2 cups), Butter (1 stick), Garlic (3 cloves), Parsley (2 tbls).
Season chicken with salt, onion, powder, and garlic powder and grill. Drizzle with honey and cracked pepper. Also grill garlic bulbs and red bell peppers. Squeeze garlic into food processor and blend with sherry, Dijon, mayonnaise, and olive oil. Assemble sandwich: spread aioli on bread then top with sliced chicken, spinach, red peppers & cheese. Melt butter and garlic with parsley and brush on bread then grill until cheese melts.
