The Autobots are familiar with human holidays. Optimus would let the Autobots celebrate Earth holidays. The Autobots decorated the N.E.S.T. base for some holidays. Both the Autobots and the soldiers are celebrating. With other holidays, the Autobots celebrated without their human friends. Halloween is one of those holidays. With the humans off the base, Crosshairs got the idea to watch slasher flicks with Drift. With his holoform active, Crosshairs drives his alt mode to a restaurant where he and Drift like to order takeout.

At least he likes something other than sushi. Crosshairs thinks as he looks at the takeout menu. Crosshairs waits twenty minutes for his order to be done. He regrets not ordering ahead, but he also thinks he’d be on his phone as he is now, as we waited for the right time to leave to pick up the order. Crosshairs thought Drift would text, asking where he is, but Crosshairs doesn’t receive a single text.

“What’s all this?” Drift asks as Crosshairs puts the bag full of food on the coffee table. “Dinner, and we’re watching slasher flicks.” “While we eat?” “Don’t tell me you have a weak stomach? Better have Ratchet fix that.” Drift rolls his eyes at Crosshairs. “What are we watching?” Drift asks as he looks at what Crosshairs ordered him for dinner. “Halloween. You know those movies about Michael Myers?” Drift nods. He wants to watch those films, but isn’t keen on eating at the same time. He eats his dinner while Crosshairs starts the movie. The original Halloween movie. “There, not so gory, ok?” Crosshairs asks, teasing. “Frag you!” The two are quiet as they eat their dinner and watch the movie. The plan to watch one movie turns into watching most of the Halloween movies. Agreeing to skip Halloween three: Season of the Witch. After watching four of the films, the two realize it’s twelve-thirty AM. The two are too tired to talk about the movies they watched. They clean up and go to bed. Both having liked the slasher flicks and regretting not watching them all month.
