so I spend a fair bit of time on r/unresolvedmysteries (I know, I know, but I have no job and a lot of time to kill) and for the most part it's fun, but occasionally you get reminded that reddit is a hive of scum and villainy- most recently by a post complaining about the new "SJW" direction of Cracked.com.

I never know what cracked is on

They have some great informative stuff that checks out (generally it's poorly sourced though)

and then they have some stuff that is extracted from the writer's own anus

and basically they have no fact checking.
