💚(Clanwide)- Are there any polyamorous cats in your Clan? Infodump about them!

At the moment, I like to think Drizzleweaver is poly! Due to the nature of the former StrikeClan, it was super frowned upon to have more than one mate at a time and would be considered cheating even if all parties agreed to it. Metalvalley is also poly! Metal would have joined Drizzleweaver and Bluefeather in their relationship had it not been so frowned upon. With Bluefeather now dead, Metalvalley has backed up a bit, but is still very honest about loving Drizzlewaver and is waiting for Drizzle to be ready for a relationship again.

I'm also thinking Campion might be poly? Im not totally sure yet!

🖤(Character specific)- When did this character realize their identity? How did they initially feel about that realization?

Waxbumble never really thought about having mates. When cats started asking him about crushes as an apprentice, he would just make them up since he thought that's what every cat did. It was shortly after being a warrior that Waxbumble realized he never actually wanted a mate. The idea of a relationship was never appealing to him and was pretty boring as a general idea to him. As he got older, he was more firm about not wanting mates. He was pretty okay with this, he did feel a bit out of place though.

Metalvalley realized he was trans just before he was apprenticed! He had never really felt right being called a molly, it just did not feel like him. He realized what being trans was when he met a cat outside of the clan that didn't smell like a tom but had the jowls of one (she was a trans molly!). He came out during his apprenticeship, asking for his name to be changed from Breezekit to Metalpaw, and while it was granted, he was ridiculed by his clanmates quite often.

Bristlejumble and Metalvalley are the only binary trans cats! They are both trans toms :)

🧡(Clanwide)- Who in the Clan has the most interesting (relationship with) gender? Whether that be xenogenders or something else.

So at the moment no one has a particularly "different" relationship with gender, but in the future we'll have agender Tortrix, bigender Kestrel, and genderqueer Campion! Bristlejumble does have a xenogender and its hy/hym/hymn/hymnself! It does not sound super different from his he pronouns but he has always had a closer connection to sound, or the song of the world as he calls it, to the point he feels like music is a part of his gender. He doesn't tell a lot of cats about it but Drizzle and Metal know!

Would we be able to see some of the character sprites anytime?

Have them now in fact! In order: Drizzleweaver(star), Perchfeather, Bristlejumble, Metalvalley, Waxbumble, Tortrixkit, Kestrelkit, Azurekit, and Campionkit!

When more characters show up I'll put their sprites with them in their refs. Eventually I'll get to making full refs of everyone, but I dont have the energy for it atm

🩷(Clanwide)- Do you have any intersex cats in your Clan? Tell me about them!

So technically in the game none of them are intersex. However, I do imagine Tortrixkit and Perchfeather with my own intersex condition; PCOS/PMOS! Or whatever the cat equivalent is dfjdhfjdhs.. Perchfeather isn't affected as bad, having the more metabolic version of it (as she gains weight easy, loses it hard- she still has the regular pains and whatnot ofc of PMOS, but she doesn't have as much pain as Tortrix will). Tortrix has the "full version" for lack of a better term, including the bursting cysts. I've had two burst so I know how bad the pain is.. Tortrixkit will totally think she's dying when the first burst happens like I did LMAO

Is drizzles kit other parent a trans tom then? Also will we know more about the other parent in the future?

CLOCKED ME YES, YES HE IS LMAFAOAOA Yes, Drizzleweaver's previous partner was a trans tom! Drizzleweaver and Tortrixkit have an almost 1 to 1 genome, with Drizzle only having an extra capital Mc.

This other parent of Tortrixkit we will only see as an undead or as a ghost (or in a flashback ofc) unfortunately. His name was Bluefeather and he was probably the sweetest tom in the clan- he was a big pacifist, which sadly led to his death during the initial attack.
