I made some delicious homemade apple cinnamon oatmeal last night with 2 apples, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, light maple syrup, a cup steel-cut oats, some craisens, and some almond/fat free milk. Basically I threw it all in my crockpot and let it simmer on low for 7-8 hours. I woke up this morning to the most wonderful smell. It was great to just wake up and have breakfast all ready. It makes about 4-6 servings and is great to reheat in the microwave. I'm pretty sure it lasts about 5 days in the fridge. I liked it so much I brought a serving of it to work to eat for dinner. It's only about 8 points per serving (if the servings are about a cup, for a total of 4 servings). And it's very filling. If anyone wants the recipe, let me know :)
