Ok but real talk; people have no fucking clue what it is like having mental illnesses unless they have or had it themself. This fucking sucks for kids whose parents have no clue and completely misinterpret their kids actions, motives and emotions and end up fucking yelling at them for something they can't help. People Don't Understand. And they need to. Because it's bullshit to cop shit for something you can't control. And having someone have a go at you every night because you're innocent does not help the fucking situation. Symptoms aren't something we choose to have, they're fucking medical symptoms. If someone with depression and or suicidal tendencies says they want to die, they genuinely fucking mean it. They aren't "just being dramatic" or "ridiculous" like you say they are. They genuinely want out, and that's a potential part of what they're going through. If you have a kid or a partner or a friend etc. who is suffering mental illness don't have a go at them, don't attack them, be fucking patient and calm and listen. For gods fucking sake. Just think

So I'm playing with my half sister and I pick up her feet like I would to my four year old cousins on my dads side. My cousins will do that wheel barrow thing where they walk with their hands and they do for quite some time. The mother of my sister is all like "NO DONT YOU DARE SHE DOESNT HAVE UPPER BODY STRENGTH WHAT THE HELL." She's already a crap parent but good god teach her new things teach her how to have fun I could do 30 push-ups in a row when I was five.
