Inktober Day 3 is happening now, as I have decreed it to be!

This charming and wonderful day goes out to Doctor Cat, by Sarah “crapmachine” Sobole.

Until 2011, I would have had to choose whether to read a comic with a recurring theme of cute animals, or one about a doctor who is something you wouldn’t expect to be qualified as a doctor. With this comic, I don’t have to choose!

Sarah Sobole’s art style is simple and cute, and it was always a pure and delightful good time, right up until the comic stopped updating.

Ms. Sobole has a Tumblr and a Twitter, which have been updated much more recently than the Tumblr or Twitter for Doctor Cat himself.

In this drawing, a doctor and nurse are appreciating a new examination table purchased for the doctor’s office, only moments before the doctor scratches it up and pees on it, so other doctors will know it’s his.
