Puppy 4 is yet another girl! She’s definitely sable like Kai, because she has the dark shading on her tail and ears. When I compare her to her sister who I thought was sable, I think number 3 is actually recessive red/liver! Her ears are bright pink, nothing like the sable sister, and she doesn’t have a single black hair on her. 

We also had a stillborn. It’s something I’ve been prepared for since researching and asking people for advice with the oops litter. After my pet first aid course, I’m confident I did everything I could, but that doesn’t make it any easier. He was a light seal, silver with a black dusting. It’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that I won’t get to know him and the dog he could have become.

Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China – Chinese Companies on occasion force their employees to crawl on their hands and knees around a lake when they fail to meet their sales quotas. The Chinese company that ordered its employees to crawl was not identified.

Corporal Punishment

DailyFacts wrote,

The shocking corporal punishment was publicised by various local media outlets. According to the reports, at least a dozen people were seen dragging themselves on all fours on a wooden path along the lake. Their clothes were worn out and some of them were bleeding with bruises and scrapes.

When questioned about their unusual behavior, one of them told the reporter that they were being punished by their employer for their poor performance at work. One member of staff was stationed at the lake to make sure everyone finished their prescribed number of laps.

The incident took place last Friday, and photographs of the crawling sales staff were soon posted on Weibo, China’s largest social media website. Thousands of users spoke out against the inhumane treatment of the poor employees. “How can this company ever get stronger with such kind of a policy?” one user questioned. “For starters, the employees wouldn’t follow it with their whole hearts.”

Communism- the opposite of Capitalism

Communism thrives on threats and intimidation.  China is…wait for it…Communist. Their repressive methods of forcing workers to do things they would not normally do was evident in this incident.

Many of the employees had scrapes and scratches. Typical Communist method.
