i don’t think people appreciate and talk enough about the fact that millions of people get to publish their art on ao3, for free??? and people get to read it, for free??? like it’s so cute and wonderful that we can read each others art, because that what it literally is. it’s art and regardless of what’s it about or how old you are or what skill sets you have, people have written stories and created things and for a brief moment we can escape into each other’s minds and i love that more than anything. and don’t even get me started on making drawings and paintings and making even MORE art just because it’s fun and they enjoy it and they’re good at it. just GAH. humans are lovely!
