🌞✨ These are a few sample pages from my new book Stardays — a practical and beautifully designed guide to aligning with the planetary rhythm of the 7-day week.
I just published it on Etsy as a downloadable PDF:
🔗 Stardays: Your Path to Cosmic Rhythm
If you’re someone who loves intentional living, creative structure, or symbolic tools for your day-to-day rhythm — this might speak to you.
I’m also offering free copies of the full PDF to anyone willing to leave an honest review on Etsy (after browsing it at your own pace, of course).
Just message me if you’re interested 🌱
Your feedback is most welcome — I’d love to hear what resonates with you, what could be improved, and how you might use Stardays in your own weekly flow
Most advice assumes you need better sections. Prettier layouts.
But here's what happens when I'm overwhelmed.
My brain deletes the evidence.
I call this "capacity amnesia."
When stress hits, I forget I've survived hard things before. My capacity vanishes from memory. Every new challenge feels impossible, even if I did the same thing last week.
So I don't use my planner to guilt myself into doing more.
I use it to build "Capacity Receipts."
This is my memory backup.
I write down the task. How impossible it felt to start.
Then I log the time it took to finish.
When I'm spiraling next week?
I flip back.
I see the receipt.
→ "Felt impossible"
→ "Done in 20 mins"
Past-me testifying against the lies present-me tells.
Structure helps you execute. Structure also helps you stay sane.
Does your brain delete your wins when you're stressed?
Like and share this if you need more receipts and less guilt.

I know, I know. This post is so late but nevertheless, I will still be sharing this to everyone. When New Year approaches, for analog lovers like me, it’s another event to look forward for because we finally get to use our new planners for the year. This post will be dedicated for the planners and journals that I am (currently) using this 2019 to 1) organize my life; 2) help me with my productivity goals and other personal projects and; 3) unleash the creativity in me.
Hobonichi Weeks planner (regular, cactus cover)
This is my main everyday carry (EDC) planner and what I consider as my “planner unicorn”. I struggled last 2018 to find the most suitable planner for the kind of lifestyle that I have and after being showered with planners as gifts from friends, this particular gift of a close planner friend stood out. I may sound so repetitive about it but I’m just really grateful that my friend got this for me because it’s my dream planner and I really love it. I’m planning to create a flipthrough video of how I’ve utilized this planner so far.
Belle De Jour’s 2019 Essential Planner
My Hobonichi Weeks planner fairy godmother also gave me this simple yet very functional planner for Christmas. I use this for work and my designs for this is only minimal because 1) I use planners and journals for work in a “rapid logging” manner and 2) I have loads to write at times that decorating the weekly spreads of this planner seems to be not smart. So far, I like the space each weekly spread has but it is also overwhelming me, but I’m also thankful for the space for each week for me at work is unpredictable.
(Outdated) Ban.do Agenda Planner
I haven’t managed to be consistent with this planner (turned journal) for January and I hope that this will change in February. Anyway, I’m using this planner as a weekly personal journal with no decorations coming from me at all and I only plan to cover the outdated days with washi tapes. So far, I’ve written several entries that are too personal for me to share to anyone so I rarely take pictures of this planner.
A6 fauxdori
I still use this system as my “War binder” for my church and spiritual life as how I’ve used it for 2018. It has three inserts currently - a lined a6 notebook from Papemelroti which serves as my notebook for preaching notes, an a6 dotted insert as my devotional journal, and a 2019 pocket calendar from Papemelroti. This planner system of mine probably is the simplest among everyone.
Mercury Drug planner (2018)
I haven’t properly utilized this planner (more of a journal) last year. Because of that, I now plan to use this planner for 2019 as my “knowledge journal”. This is where I will write notes about my learnings from the articles I’ve been reading online as a part of my self-development.
Passport fauxdori
I love the size of this traveler’s notebook! I first used this as a wallet system and I got hooked with its size. Sadly, I had to stop using it temporarily because my cover’s elastics aren’t durable enough to hold three inserts and 2 card inserts, and I’m still on the journey on finding a new cover with stronger elastics.
