Tested a new toy I bought myself: @lecreuset #SparklingWineStopper it’s fantastic! I opened this bottle of #MBonnamy #CremantdeLoire Rose Champagne on #NewYearsDay 6 DAYS AGO! I put the #EasyOn sparkling wine stopper on and closed the lever. I even left it in the ice bucket and forgot to put it away the refrigerator because I’ve been sick!!! Today, 6 days later, I emptied out the water, put ice in the bucket, let it chill & #voilà bubbly, crisp champagne!!!
