What made you ship it? Although I don't think I've written a fic specifically about the four of them, I definitely ship them as part of the many combinations of the Crew of Light, especially thinking of them as a double married couple: Mina and Jonathan, and Jack and Arthur, are all happily married!

What are your favorite things about the ship? They've been through a lot together, and I love the idea of them expressing their friendship romantically, especially in the wake of Quincey's death. Those bonds are hard to break.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? I hope the ship becomes popular enough for me to have an unpopular opinion someday! ;)

Bluecat can you rate the Dracula mains' body hair in your head does Mina's leg hair beat Jack's

I do have a pretty detailed headcanon about all of them! (I actually stand by the headcanon that Jack has a fair amount of leg hair. Not so much elsewhere, but hairy, hairy legs.) XD Lemme see if I can find the post...

Here it is, from over a year ago. I stand by all of this except that I firmly believe in very-noticeable-happy-trail Mina.

Nobody's shaving their body hair in this world so they've all got hair the regular places: armpits, pubes, etc. In addition: Dracula: Not a lot of body hair, but it's dark so noticeable. Mostly on his chest, with a fine dusting on his arms and legs. (I always forget that he canonically has hair on his palms.) Jonathan: Not much chest or arm hair hair, more belly hair and leg hair. He can grow a beard but it's pretty thin and a bit patchy (and he doesn't like it). Mina: Her body hair isn't thick but it's dark, so it's noticeable on her arms and legs. She also has a light happy trail. Lucy: Body hair is reddish-blond, very fine all over. Jack: Has sort of a butterfly-shaped patch of sparse chest hair, but not much to speak off except a happy trail. More leg hair, and also would have a thick beard eventually if he stopped shaving. Quincey: Has a full beard but it's pretty narrow, not really going up on his cheeks or onto his neck. Otherwise a light amount of dark body hair, with a bit more on his chest. Arthur: Fuzzy, fuzzy man. Just covered in soft golden hair, pretty much everywhere except his sides. Has to shave every day. Van Helsing: Very hairy all over, especially on his chest. His body hair is red, too. Has a nice beard when he wants to. Renfield: Decently hairy, with his body hair being pretty thick and wiry (and white). Always has a bit of stubble on his face (even when he's able to shave every day).

As for rating the body hair? All hair is good hair, so they each get 10/10. Except for Arthur, who gets 13/10.

I write once again as I have not in a couple days. I feel much freer today, like a large weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I feel light. Too light. I feel like I am floating in a way but I am sure it is nothing to worry about. I am so happy to be free, so very happy. I am once again allowed the use of my typewriter and have gone forward in transcribing all that I have not been able to within the last month, granted past the 11th of October there was not much to type. Typing, I should get back to that. I am so happy. Too happy. -Mina

how is your appetite lately

Is the crew going to see this? I hope not for I would like an outlet for honesty. Right now it is fairly poor. I have been able to keep some food down but rarely more than a small meal in a day. I drink tea to sooth my throat and calm my stomach but it is a temporary relief. I feel better now that I can eat some but it is not enough. It is not what I truly crave. I am fine. -Mina

Who is A in "4. A wakes B up in the morning with kisses." (if applicable in your opinion) in Jonathan/Mina, Mina/Lucy, Arthur/Quincey, under what circumstances would Seward not avoid the pit of hell be A, Ishmael/Queequeg, Elizabeth/Darcy?

Ooh, fun questions (and thanks for your patience in it taking me like six years to answer)! :D

-I think Jonathan might be more of a morning person than Mina is, so he might be more inclined to wake her up, although perhaps she wakes up earlier than him through sheer willpower upon occasion just so she can turn the tables.

-Mina definitely wakes up before Lucy, though, so she's gonna be the one waking her up with kisses.

-Quincey would wake Arthur up with kisses, but Arthur would be too hesitant to disturb Quincey's slumber with kissing unless explicitly told to do so.

-Oh Jack... he's an insomniac, but is he a morning person? (Someone get this man a mug that says, "Don't talk to me until I've had my coffee.") Maybe Arthur. Maybe. Jack is more likely to hit him with a pillow for snoring too much.

-Ishmael and Queequeg my beloved... I guess it depends on whether or not it occurs to either of them to kiss the other. Snuggle and share a smoke, certainly, but kissing? ...I'm gonna say Queequeg.

-I feel like I'm not an enthusiastic enough fan of Pride and Prejudice to rule on Elizabeth/Darcy, although I'd love to hear the theories from people who are!
