Elysia: Not that I can’t handle trouble on my own, mind you. But when you have someone big and threatening nearby, knives tend to appear in your back less often. Plus, having him around means I can cause as much trouble as I want~

(Crewel to Leilani) Crewel waddles up to the Popplio, giving the pool a wide berth. "Hey, lil Flower. You must be having a blast all the water and slides here, yeah? Is, uh... Is swimming any fun?" he asks, eyeing the pool nervously.

“... As long as you know how to swim and know about where you’re swimming in. After all, it’s no fun to splash around not really knowing what you’re doing. Or, you know, accidentally Aqua Jet while going down the water slide.” Leilani chuckles at the thought of recent events on the water slide.

“The pools and water slides and everything here are fun to play in if you’re with friends and stuff, but I really love the ocean! The ocean is like another world, after all, and there’s lots of stuff to explore in there!! It’s also like a million times bigger and less crowded.” “But the ocean is also a lot scarier because of Pokemon like Sharpedo and Huntail and Gorebyss and Gyarados and Wishiwashi and lots and lots of others that live in there and hunt smaller Pokemon, so you really have to be careful when you’re in there.”

“You... can you swim? You look like you might drown if you’re not careful. If you want, I can help you learn how to swim!!”
