Made in abyss art requests - pt 2
Abyss Pirate
Done for a dear friend's birthday! He got me to read the manga Made in Abyss so I drew him if he existed in the comic's world as a white-whistle abyss dweller.

Inktober Day 10, prompt “Gigantic”. Here’s Riko, standing her ground against the Crimson Splitjaw in a tense moment before Reg wakes up and speedily removes her from harms way. That girls got some serious courage and I love her, and that cool monster, so so much.

update on the scarlet maw and the madokajacks. The maws references were pretty hard to take from the webcomic, but it gives the most amount of detail. Which made for weird moments when you noticed the wound made by reg was moving all over the upper lip and other small nitpicks like the facial tendrils being absent. So far the only thing challenging about the madokajack is the monitoresque neck connected to smaller limbs and membranes.
