Haven’t had the guts to post this anywhere else yet but yesterday I did a Pairs CrossFit comp and WOD 3 was a complex (1 clean, 2 hang cleans, 3 front squats) followed by max output clean and jerks.
This was my best complex at 70kg 👌🏻 my max Clean is 72.5kg so I was pretty fucking stoked with this and watching it back I’m even happier because it felt like it was crushing me and it doesn’t look like that at all 😊
