This morning I was not able to make it to the gym. Tiersa and I needed to drive separately because she coaches on Tuesday mornings. Tiersa went to start her car and her battery was dead. I could have easily gone back to bed but I like to start each day with a workout. I feel so much better when I do. I decided to do a 20 Minute AMRAP of 15 Sit Ups, 15 Air Squats and 15 Push Ups. After that I ran 8 intervals of 90 seconds each with 90 seconds rest in between. I ended up running 3 miles. It was a great workout and my day is going so much better now! If you are ever not able to make it into the gym because of the many things that happen in life or you are traveling for work we have an option for you. This is also a great place to start if you are new to working out. We have started a section of At Home/Travel Workouts under our Workout of the Day section on our site @ www.crossfitpreferred.com. We have 10 posted so far for this month! You can do one or mix and match them. The important thing is to get moving daily. You will feel better that you did something.
