Finally something from Flor ^^
Fandom: Katekyo Hitman Reborn – Toyko Ghoul
To say that Tsuna was surprised was an understatement. In fact, Tsuna didn’t know if there was a word in existence to describe what exactly he felt. Until this very moment, most surprises in his life have been negative and mostly caused by a sadistic Arcobaleno who created more problems than should actually be possible. He never thought that he would have any pleasant surprises in his life after getting involved with the Mafia, to be honest.
But here he was, sitting in a coffeehouse in some garden, being ‘protected’ by this strange new project his friends got him into and drinking the best hot chocolate he ever had. Really, this one even beat the ones his mum makes and that had been impossible until this very moment, or so Tsuna thought. The young Mafia-boss-to-be wondered how exactly Kaneki-san, that was at least the name he read on the barista’s name tag, could create such a great flavor. Another boy was sitting at the other end of the table and patiently waited for Tsuna’s reaction.
For once, things were actually going pretty well. Tsuna could wander around without suddenly being attacked by some random mafiosi and there was nothing he had to worry about. He even found a nice new friend with whom he could talk about his problems with Reborn. And his new friend, Allen, didn’t cause any problems when Tsuna left him alone. He loved his friends and family, sure, but sometimes they could be too much for him to handle. Just take a look at Hibari and Mukuro. They were probably causing trouble somewhere right now and… on second thought, don’t take a look at them. Concentrate on the lovely scene right here, focus on the hot chocolate and the nice people who made that perfect drink possible. Well, it was actually not ‘people’ that made the hot chocolate. It was more the barista boy and his best friend.
“This hot chocolate is incredible, Kaneki-san.” Tsuna said while smiling at the boy in the barista uniform who was still standing behind the counter. “That’s Anteiku quality, you won’t find anything better! Kaneki’s coffee is even better than his hot chocolate.” The blond boy answered with a happy grin. Kaneki’s face turned slightly red and his best friend starting laughing. “Hi-Hide, don’t say stuff like that. There are people that are way better than I am.” “But your coffee is still better than the one the girls serve in the main building,” Hide defended his earlier statement. Kaneki just sighed as he finished cooking his own cup of coffee.
Kaneki wasn’t really sure how he should feel about the coffeeshop he and Hide found hidden behind the main building. He was actually even more confused to see an uniform in his size and with a name tag on it that clearly read his own name. Where did those girls get their information, anyway? But Hide seemed quite happy and demanded his coffee. Soon after that, a short middle school kid, who introduced himself as Tsuna, walked in. This was not Anteiku and it would never be, but since he and Hide found this place and Tsuna did, too… maybe some of his old friends would find the coffeehouse as well? At least, he hoped so.
